I am not surprised to see such a blasphemous statement (thats if you even believe in the bible, of course)…the bible itself teaches a clear message that IF god exists, he has given us humans FREE WILL. This guy must NOT have read the bible or preach from one of those black books. But then again the bible itself is filled with more contradictions than you can shake a stick at…First we have “free will” then when adam and eve ate the FORBIDDEN fruit….we don’t have it anymore…and on it goes book after book, chapter after chapter…
I know it was posted as humour and it is rather funny. As funny as the book itself LOL

I think this is based on the idea that ‘free thinking’ is the opposite of ‘blind faith’.
There are some sects in every religion that depend on ‘blind faith’ and some that require intelligent thought - I don’t think its a Christian problem particularly.
At least this guy has made it clear, enter his church and you are required to abandon free thought.
